Our greatest goal is to give you the healthy, straight, beautiful smile you’ve always wanted.

We understand that choosing to receive orthodontic care is a big decision. We respect your reasons for wanting to to improve the way you look and feel. Our practice will work with you every step of the way to make sure your treatment is comfortable, convenient, and as rewarding as possible. We offer a variety of safe and gentle treatment options, giving you the customized, individual care that you deserve.

For dental development needs, Dr. Rob recommends seeing patients starting at as early as ages 4-5.

Though they may not be ready for braces at this age, Dr. Rob can spot subtle, and often preventable problems while baby teeth are still present and early evaluations give your child the best opportunity for a healthy, beautiful smile!

Airway concerns such as mouth-breathing, severe crowding, and snoring can begin to be addressed even before permanent teeth begin to erupt. The earlier this can be spotted the more beneficial treatment can be for future health and development.

For airway health and more severe developmental needs Dr. Rob recommends scheduling an appoinment as soon as signs arise.

Orthodontic treatment can be successful at any age, and adults especially appreciate the benefits of treatment.

Not only is the overall appearance of your smile improved, but developing a proper bite and jaw alignment has its rewards.

Plus, 1 in every 5 orthodontic patients is over 21!

Most adults who seek orthodontic treatment will benefit significantly from treatment. However, there are some limitations that Dr. Rob will thoroughly evaluate and discuss with you at your consultation and throughout treatment.

Every new smile starts with a complimentary (free!) consultation. During this first visit as a potential new patient, you will receive complimentary x-rays and photos so Dr. Rob can offer you the best possible assessment. He will discuss everything you need to know about your specific orthodontic treatment needs, and will address your individual questions and concerns. On occasion our patients have greater needs to address (airway health, TMJ concerns, complex coordinated treatments) which may require a second consultation. If that is the case Dr. Rob will address this as well during this initial consulation!

Additionally, our Treatment Coordinator will review all treatment costs, review any insurance coverage, and discuss potential payment options so you can choose the plan that works best for you. We know getting braces is a big decision and we will never pressure you to commit. Our consultation process is designed to be informative and helpful with no strings attached!

If you already know you would like to start treatment on the same day as your complimentary consultation, we can get you started! If possible, let us know of your desire to start immediately when you schedule that first appointment, and we will reserve a spot in the clinic just for you.

Whether you start immediately or wait a bit, your appointment to begin treatment will take approximately 75 minutes. After your braces are attached, you won’t need to visit again for another 8-10 weeks! Those future adjustment appointments are crucial to your treatment progress and will usually take about 30 minutes.

Additionally, there may be times that Dr. Rob would like to reposition brackets and take updated x-rays, and those appointments are generally 45 minutes in length.

Always be sure to schedule your next appointment before leaving our office for the best selection of available appointment times. Please know we always do our best to accommodate your busy schedule including early and after-school appointments. However, there will be times when your preferred appointment time is not available. Although we do our best to avoid unwelcome interruptions, it is occasionally necessary for kids to miss school and/or extra curricular activities in order to stay on schedule with treatment. Your understanding and flexibility is very much appreciated.
